Since July 2024 we are part of the Monterro family of companies, with a clear growth agenda to continue being the leading supplier of the most efficient pay equity and transparency solution in the market with a strong connection to providing expert advice.
From our attractive headquarters in Stockholm, we service more than 50 markets and are truly international in all we do. Our proprietary software has over 1.400 users, surveying more than 2.5 million individuals annually.
We are now in a scale-up phase and are looking to hire a hands-on Marketing Manager to help us take the business to the next level.
ABOUT THE POSITION - Marketing Manager
”Purpose for the position: Be hands-on and set the foundation for the marketing department and lead-generating function, i:e build a digital marketing engine, work with digital channels, marketing events, PR, communication. Be part of accelerating a Swedish software company to the next level. Support Pihr´s overall business goals and live their values. Broad responsibilities of hands-on activities. Work in close collaboration with the Sales department and the Management Team.”
- Implement new and innovative market activities that drives the business forward and support the sales team to reach the sales targets
- Create a modern digital marketing leads machine
- Set the process for lead-gen funnel in collaboration with the sales department
In the first 6 months:- Actions to drive MQL´s - lead generation focus
- Position and drive marketing activities that drive inbounds and hot-leads from the market
- Establish and set the new direction for the marketing function and set up necessary processes and marketing systems in place
- Established the way Sales and Marketing should work together and identify potential GAPs and reporting metrics

DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCES
- Action oriented and a hands-on profile
- Extensive experience and excellent track-record in the role in modern digital marketing, preferable in a software company (or equivalent B2B business), preferable with international presence
- Proactive, energetic and conscious about how profit and purpose go hand in hand
- Strong commercial mindset and a clear understanding of the benefits when sales and marketing work tightly together
- Entrepreneurial spirit. Be able to learn, grown and change as the role of marketing is ever-changing in a fast-paced tech industry
- Leadership skills for future growth
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in B2B digital marketing
- Experience from cooperating with B2B complex sales department
- Experienced in producing marketing content
- Fully fluent in English and Swedish, verbal and written
