Lead a high-impact international SaaS marketing function
Omnia is a fast-growing international SaaS company helping organizations worldwide create modern, engaging, and effective intranets. With a strong global footprint and recognition from leading analysts such as Gartner, Omnia is well positioned for its next phase of growth.
We are now looking for a Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) to take full ownership of marketing and play a pivotal role in scaling Omnia internationally.
The role
This is a rare opportunity to join Omnia at a critical stage of its growth journey. As CMO, you will further develop and execute a market strategy that drives business growth, fuels pipeline creation, and enables the sales organization to reach ambitious targets.
You will build and lead a modern, data-driven, international SaaS marketing function with end-to-end responsibility for demand generation, brand, and go-to-market execution. You will be a key member of the management team, reporting directly to the CEO, and work in close collaboration with Sales.
What you will do
Lead an international SaaS marketing organization with a strong commercial focus
Take end-to-end ownership of state-of-the-art, data-driven lead and demand generation
Develop and implement Omnia’s marketing strategy in line with the overall company plan
Create and continuously optimize a modern digital lead generation engine
Drive close alignment with Sales to maximize conversion, pipeline, and revenue impact
Establish clear KPIs, attribution models, and funnel reporting to guide decision-making
Full ownership of the marketing (and events) budget
Lead, develop, and scale the marketing team (currently based in Sweden and Canada)
Keep building a strong team culture that attracts, develops, and retains top marketing talent
Who you are
We are looking for a high-energy, business-driven leader with a strong growth mindset and a passion for building scalable marketing engines
10+ years of well-rounded digital marketing experience, covering both strategy and execution in tech and/or B2B SaaS environments
Strong commercial mindset and proven experience working closely with Sales
Solid experience in marketing operations and data-driven demand generation
International marketing experience beyond the Nordics (Europe and/or North America)
A proven playbook for building and developing high-performing marketing teams
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment with changing priorities
You are fluent in English and Swedish, both written and spoken.
