The Opportunity
Head of Nordic Sales – Stockholm

We are now looking for an experienced and inspiring Head of Nordic Sales to lead our regional sales organization. This is a unique opportunity to join an ambitious company at the forefront of FoodTech innovation, and to shape the next chapter of our Nordic expansion.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead by example, building trust and taking an active role in sales execution.
- Manage and inspire a team of 10 people (Bid Managers, Account Managers, and Customer Success Managers), including recruitment and coaching.
- Drive revenue growth across the Nordic region, with focus on both public and private sector clients in Sweden, Norway, and Denmark.
- Foster a collaborative, winning culture with strong skills in business development, relationship-building, and closing deals.
- Ensure high activity levels, strong conversion rates, and personal involvement in major strategic deals.
- Align sales with marketing, product, and delivery teams for a smooth go-to-market approach.
- Bring in new business via new customers, cross- and upselling, and add-on licenses.
- Secure CS-related KPIs such as customer retention, engagement, and satisfaction.
Desired Skills & Experience
- Minimum 10 years’ experience in B2B software sales in the Nordics.
- At least 5 years as a sales leader, ideally within SaaS.
- Strong track record in public sector sales, with long B2B sales cycles.
- Proven success in building and leading high-performing sales teams.
- Strong knowledge of CRM tools (Salesforce preferred).
- Results-driven, with excellent negotiation, presentation, and closing skills.
- A value-based leadership style: motivating, accountable, and collaborative.
- Fluent in Swedish and English, with excellent communication skills.
- Pragmatic, proactive, and entrepreneurial mindset.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Willingness to travel frequently across the Nordics.
