The Role
As CSO, you will take full ownership of Milient’s global sales strategy and execution. You will lead and scale our international sales teams, build a world-class go-to-market engine, and play a central role in the executive leadership team, reporting directly to the CEO.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and executing Milient’s international sales strategy
- Leading, coaching, and expanding sales teams across multiple markets
- Building scalable sales processes and ensuring strong pipeline management
- Driving growth through both new customer acquisition and expansion within existing accounts
- Supporting M&A integration and new market entries
Who You Are
We’re looking for someone with:
- Proven leadership experience in B2B SaaS sales
- A strong track record of driving international growth and expansion
- The ability to combine strategic vision with hands-on execution
- Experience building and scaling high-performing sales teams
- Fluency in English (Nordic languages are a plus)
