About the role
As CFO, you will take full ownership of the finance function and become a key member of the executive team.
You will be responsible for financial planning, reporting, and performance management, while ensuring the company is equipped with the structure, processes, and insights required to scale.
This is a hands-on leadership role where you combine strategic direction with operational execution and actively support business decisions, growth initiatives, and M&A.
Key responsibilities
• Own financial planning, reporting, and group consolidation
• Ensure high-quality IFRS reporting and financial control
• Build and scale the finance organization, systems, and processes
• Drive forecasting, cash flow visibility, and SaaS KPI development
• Support M&A processes and post-acquisition integrations
• Act as a key partner to the CEO, board, and investors
Your profile
• CFO or senior finance leader from a growth environment
• Strong background in controlling and financial operations
• Experience from SaaS or software-driven businesses
• Proven leadership and ability to build teams and structure
• Hands-on, analytical, and execution-focused
• Experience working in an international environment
