Our team is expanding and we’re now looking for an AI - Product Management Specialist who will help our portfolio companies unlock the real value of AI in their products.

In this role, you will work closely with CEOs, CPOs, CTOs and product teams across our portfolio, helping them identify AI opportunities, shape product strategies, and integrate AI into both new and existing products.

Few roles offer the opportunity to influence AI strategy across 30+ B2B software companies simultaneously.

About you

If you’re the right candidate for us, we believe you have:

• 10-15+ years of experience in product management or product leadership

• Experience as CPO, VP Product, Head of Product, or founder

• Strong background in B2B SaaS products

• Hands-on experience applying AI or machine learning in software products

• Ability to distinguish AI hype from real product value and feasibility

• Experience working with senior leadership teams or boards

• A strong communicator who can influence product and business strategy

• Curious and genuinely interested in AI and emerging technologies

You are fluent in Swedish and English, both written and spoken.

This position is based in Stockholm and includes travel within the Nordics.
