Chief Technology & Product Officer (CTPO) - Qondor
Lead Qondor's Builder organisation and define the product and technology strategy that takes us from Nordic leader to a global events platform.
Own Qondor’s product and technology direction at a defining moment of growth
Qondor is the Nordic leader in meetings and events management software, with strong and growing traction in the UK and beyond. Our platform replaces a patchwork of tools with one connected workflow, from first request to final invoice.
In 2025, around 44,000 events were delivered through Qondor across more than 15 countries. More than half of our ARR already comes from outside Norway. Backed by leading B2B software investor Monterro, we are entering a new phase of structured international growth, with a clear ambition to achieve fivefold ARR growth over the next five years.
We are now looking for our CPTO, a product and technology leader who will define our long term platform strategy and build the organisation that enables scalable international growth.
The role
As CPTO, you will own both product strategy and technical direction, ensuring tight alignment between customer value, commercial priorities, platform scalability, and AI opportunities. You will lead Qondor’s Builder organisation and report directly to the CEO.
This is a pivotal moment to join. We are investing heavily in AI across the platform and redefining how we build, deliver, and iterate. You will set the direction, establish clear principles and guardrails, and coach the organisation through this transition. Your responsibility is not only to adopt AI tools, but to turn them into a structural competitive advantage.
You will shape how product and engineering work together, how decisions are made, and how execution scales as the company grows internationally.
What you will do
Define Qondor’s long term product and technology strategy, including the role of AI as a value creating layer across the platform
Lead and develop the Builder organisation, ensuring strong collaboration between product and engineering
Establish a clear and scalable architectural direction that supports international growth
Drive disciplined prioritisation, roadmap governance, and transparent trade off decisions
Embed AI driven development practices that accelerate time to market while maintaining quality, security, and reliability
Address technical debt, structural bottlenecks, and scalability risks proactively
Strengthen deployment pipelines, quality standards, and engineering best practices
Foster a culture of rapid iteration, learning, and outcome focused delivery
Take a technology agnostic approach, choosing solutions based on product value and long term sustainability
Act as a bridge between market and product, ensuring that customer insights, commercial priorities, and competitive dynamics shape the roadmap and technology investments
Who you are
10+ years of experience in SaaS product and engineering leadership, with a track record of building and leading high performing cross functional teams through growth phases
Strong strategic and technical judgement, able to balance innovation, scalability, and commercial outcomes
Hands on familiarity with modern SaaS architecture and cloud based platforms
Experience implementing AI driven product or development initiatives that delivered measurable impact
A product first mindset with a clear focus on time to market, time to value, and customer impact
Structured and disciplined in prioritisation, governance, and technical decision making
Comfortable operating at both strategic and operational levels
Experienced in building organisations, not only systems
What’s in it for you
A key role in a fast growing international company with strong domain expertise and a clear European footprint
Opportunity to shape the future of product and technology in an AI driven environment
Influence strategy and direction as part of the leadership team
A collaborative leadership team with high ambitions and a strong, motivated Builder organisation
Access to knowledge sharing through Monterro and a network of peers across approximately 30 Nordic software companies
A social work environment characterised by collaboration, culture building, and high commitment
Competitive terms and pension scheme
