Lead the commercial growth journey of a European SaaS scale up
Autoflows is a fast growing European SaaS company transforming the automotive aftermarket. With a data centric and AI powered platform, Autoflows enables dealerships and workshops to increase service revenue by 15–50%, automate workflows, and elevate customer experience across the entire aftersales journey.
With more than 1,000 dealers, strong traction in the Nordics, a rapidly growing European footprint, and backing from leading B2B software investor Monterro, Autoflows is entering its next phase of growth.
We are now looking for a Chief Sales Officer, CSO, to take full ownership of our commercial strategy and play a pivotal role in scaling Autoflows across Europe.
The role
This is a rare opportunity to join Autoflows at a defining moment in its growth journey. As CSO, you will build and scale a high performing international sales organization, drive continued 50%+ ARR growth, and help lead the company from 60 to 120 mDKK over the coming three years while maintaining Rule of 40 performance.
You will join the Management Team and have full accountability for sales performance, forecasting accuracy, go to market execution, and international expansion. You will work closely with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success to ensure strong market alignment and scalable commercial excellence.
What you will do
Lead and scale a high performing European sales organization, 10+ Commercial Managers
Own and execute the commercial strategy across Nordics and selected European markets
Drive continued 50%+ ARR growth through a high velocity sales engine
Implement scalable and repeatable go to market models across multiple markets
Establish strong forecasting discipline, CRM excellence, HubSpot, and clear KPIs
Build a performance driven culture defined by energy, accountability, and coaching
Lead expansion into 1–2 new European markets
Ensure close cross functional collaboration with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success
Drive operational excellence with structured follow ups, sales cadence, and performance rhythms
Contribute actively to Management Team governance, board reporting, and strategic direction
Who you are
We are looking for a high energy, commercially sharp leader with a passion for sales and a proven ability to build scalable organizations in fast paced environments.
10+ years of experience in B2B SaaS sales leadership, ideally within vertical SaaS
Proven experience from a startup and scale up journey, you have built and scaled during rapid growth
Strong passion for sales and deep understanding of the full sales cycle
Track record of coaching and developing high performing, multi market sales teams
Experience across both mid market and enterprise segments
Strong operational discipline, forecasting, KPIs, CRM excellence
Strategic mindset combined with hands on execution ability
Exceptional communication and coaching skills
Comfortable operating across cultures and European markets
Fluent in English and a Nordic language
