With €1.3B under management, we’ve made 35 platform investments, executed over 45 add-on investments, and exited companies at a total value exceeding €1.5B. Our hands-on approach sets us apart, providing both capital and operational support to our portfolio companies. Monterro currently employs +55 FTEs, across Stockholm, Oslo, Copenhagen and Hanoi, whose investments jointly make up 20% of the fund's capital.

• What you'll do
• Proactively source potential deals for the firm
• Develop close relationship with entrepreneurs, advisors and other key stakeholders
• Manage end-to-end deal process, including deal sourcing, bid tactics, due diligence and negotiation of agreements
• Strengthen Monterro’s brand recognition in the Finnish tech ecosystem

Who we're looking for

• 5+ years of experience in M&A, private equity, corporate finance, or equity research - with consistent high performance
• Passion for deal-making & thriving in a fast paced, international environment
• Deep understanding of the Nordic software market & the makings of a great investment case
• Ability to build & maintain trust with entrepreneurs, advisors and other stakeholders
• Proactive, results-driven, strong ownership of everything you do
• Solid team player & strong collaboration skills
• Fluent in Finnish and English
