Key Responsibilities

• Proven experience in leading a product management function
• Track record of successfully launching and scaling software products.
• Responsible for defining the company's overall product vision and strategy, aligning it with Pythagoras business objectives
• Report to CEO and collaborate closely with peers in the management team
• Oversees product development across the business, lead and align with the R&D management to ensure products meet customer needs while exploring new technologies and trends
• Full responsibility for the Product Road-map
• Lead, grow and develop the Next product organization to the next level
• Report to the CEO, actively participate in the management team meetings, be responsible for the product plan and participate in the strategic direction for the business
• Be actively involved with clients to understand the demands and collect product feedback from all client facing colleagues
• Communication with research companies as Gartner etc
• Keep track of competitors and alternative client opportunities, work to align the messaging used by the salesforce
• Continuously work with ways to understand the production demands in each market
• Work on and keep the product vision alive and define your market and prioritize the product demands
• Responsible for the pricing strategy
• Product lead in dialogue with strategic customers, partners and in M&A processes

Essential Skills and Experience

• Strategic product leader with a strong grasp of B2B business dynamics
• Business and Technical management experience from fast-growing, global software/SaaS company
• Excellent understanding of the Product-function in a software B2B context
• Experience from the Proptech industry is a plus
• Experience from M&A processes is a plus
• Master’s degree in Business or computer science, ITC or similar
• Fully fluent in English and Swedish verbal and written.
• Proven experience as successful and appreciated leader
• Inspiring, enthusiastic and solution oriented
• Pragmatic, down to earth and proactive
• Integrity and strong ethics
