Position Mission:
“Full responsibility for all the activities from a signed customer deal and onwards. You will head up the Customer Success, Support and Professional Services in the company. Lead, organize and develop the teams, responsible for upsell and cross-sell as well as processes and employees in accordance with the overall goals for the company and our customers daily operation.

You will be an important part to create a European Leader of software for industrial Operational Excellence – by being responsible for the entire customer journey from a closed deal and onwards and on customer satisfaction and value expansion.
MaintMaster
MaintMaster’s software portfolio consists of a maintenance system (CMMS), operational efficiency and continuous improvement system (OEE system) and a IoT solution to support data gathering. The MaintMaster CMMS adapts to your needs and lets you gain full control of your maintenance work. The OEE systems allows greater control and details supporting our customers continuous improvement process. Once in control, your decisions will be based on facts and you will have the power to improve, thanks to the combination of an intuitive features and interface.
Skills and Experience
We're looking for a person with a senior sales management background - with a strong experience from the B2B software space - who's been exposed to a wide variety of expansion challenges (Local and international) and is willing to roll up their sleeves and take Maintmaster’s customer success function to the next level.
The key element of the role will be leadership, planning, scaling, internationalization, commercialization- We are looking for someone who's an excellent leader with a strong client engagement background preferable from more complex solutions and experience selling to the manufacturing industry. You need to be fluent in both English and Swedish, we are an international business.
Reporting and Monterro
You will be interacting with the main shareholder Monterro (The leading SaaS investor in the Nordics)and lead all activities towards the existing customer base strategies, be part of the management team and contributing to the company's growth journey. You will report to the CEO Isac Wiksten.
